Leola’s Kitchen. The name comes from my Grandmaw —one of the greatest Soul Food Cooks in the world. Nothing was better than the smell of her kitchen. As a little girl, I used to sit in a chair next to the oven and watch her create magic. And in Southern Families, food brought us together. This menu reflects those roots with influences I picked up from around the world during my 21 years in the Army.
We also have a family history of diabetes, so we want you to enjoy your favorites without guilt. We have spent many hours developing recipes that taste great but have less net carbohydrates.
We are still in the planning stages of getting our food truck out there.

We choose a couple of items every day, so not all of these are available. Everything we list here and more are available for catering menus.

Our single serving Pimento Cheese Souffle is a delightful twist on a classic French dish. Made with a combination of sharp cheddar cheese, tangy pimentos, and a fluffy souffle base, this dish is a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

A delicious take on traditional sushi. Featuring a cauliflower rice, bacon, and seasoned ground beef rolled in collard greens. Topped with a Chipotle raspberry BBQ drizzle and onion-tomato caviar.
A Southern twist on an Italian favorite with Grape jelly meatballs, 1015 onions, celery, carrots, jalapeno, collard greens and chipotle dumplings topped with cheddar cheese.
Creole staple that is already a fusion mix of French, West African, and American Indian Cuisine. Featuring a rich and savory roux base, this stew is slow-cooked with chicken, andouille sausage, and Gulf shrimp. Served over a bed of cauliflower rice.
